Aerobics affects the mind…….in a good way that is

Fresh research from University of Applied Sciences in Netherlands suggests that aerobics exercise is not just good for your physique, but it also improves your brain power. According to the lead author of the study, Maaike Angevaren;

Aerobic exercises that improve cardiovascular fitness, also help boost cognitive processing speed, motor function and visual and auditory attention in healthy older people…”

Participants in the study performed aerobics in a 2-7 day period for 90 days. It was found that their cognitive abilities were enhanced as well as their motor function and visual and auditory attention (that means they have eyes and ears like superman…..ok maybe not).

So all you wannabe brainiacs need to start doing more aerobics, (that includes me of course).
